Sofa image cutting out AND distorting - see attached

I have this image which needs the background cutting out.

Also, the sofa has "piping" which is the brown line edge on the cushions. My client would like this to be less curvy and more horizontal like where i have placed red lines on the image attached. It should be exactly straight as that would unrealistic, but straighter than it is now.

Also, the very bottom of the sofa needs to be straighted too.
