Separate multiple images

I have over a thousand pages of photos, mostly with 12 standard-sized images on each one. I need the images separated and saved in files. About a third of the images will need to be turned.
i enclose a scaled-down version of one page. Each page is 6250 x 5700 px by 600 ppi.

I will upload the files to you in batches of 100.
Completion date required for each batch of 100.

A hint, Photoshop and Gimp both have batching programs that may be appropriate.
