Retouching and cropping of team member photos

I am adding photos of my office staff to our website and some other promotional material. I ideally want head shots cropped so we have a plain white background. I'd also like the photos to be improved by subtle re-touching or adjustmets to lighting etc. The photos are not being taken by a professional photographer so may not be quite as sharp as the might otherwise have been. The photos will be taken tommorrow and I could dowith them mback in 24 hours.

Initially it will be two photos but if it goes well I may end up doing the whole team including site based staff which will be an extra 16 photos.
