Retoucher required for ongoing fashion product editing.

I am soon looking to recruit a talented retoucher to join my team in a rapidly expanding photography company that provides fashion product photography to luxury brands and clients.

I am looking for quality over quantity - a photoshop expert who will produce faultless work and live up to the reputation for high quality that I have built in to my brand. Someone with an eye for detail, a meticulous approach, familiar with clipping paths and white-backgrounding. You will need to be good at ensuring image consistency - size, colour, form, shadow creation/removal and liquify for product perfection, as the images will be used on luxury e-commerce sites.

Please send a link to your work or website or include your best examples and an indication of your pricing per product image/ per hour and how many images you can edit (with white background) in an hour (avg). I have left the pricing box empty, as I am looking for someone I can rely on for quality, which is not always the cheapest option. Please let me know what you can do and the price you would like to be paid for it.

I am posting this as a general enquiry into seeing who is available and what they can offer on PPH in regard to this kind of work. I will take all offers in to account, and if I receive a good offer (quality of work, personality, price), I have regular, ongoing retouching work that is available.
