Retouche artists wanted

Hi there.

We're looking for quality retouching artists. People or companies that know how to carefully edit/retouche a photo.
Being very experienced in photoshop is necessary.

We are a stand photography company. We photograph stands at business fairs.
Your job is to:
-Select the stand and make a separate layer of it.
-Then you need to balance the colors and the contrast. You do this by combining differently lit photos.

We've got 2 test rounds in selecting people.
Pay per 'final' once you start working is € 7.
