Retouch Photos

Hello, i am reaching out as i have 5 wedding pictures which i would retouched/fixed. The fixes are simple in terms that i basically would like the pictures made more vivid, cleared, my wife and my skins made more even as well as my wife would like her arm to be a bit more defined. Would you please advise if you are capable of this and when do you think you can complete the task? My wedding anniversary is in 2 days and i would like to surprise my wife with the fixed images. I have attached a sample image and also provided a google image of the high res, but have 4 others which are similar. Thank you and look to hear form you soon.
