Retouch and Restore Old Photos

I have sixteen old family photos that need restoration and/or retouching. Ten of the photos are scans of old slides and six of the photos are scans of old print photos. Photos range from 30-60 years old and have varying degrees of damage. All are provided in .JPG files. Attached are two examples of photos that need to be retouched; the two examples are the ones in the "worst" condition. (Please respect my family's privacy by viewing photos as an example only, do not upload elsewhere.)

My request is for all sixteen photos to be touched up. I would like to be provided with high-quality digital files that can then be downloaded and printed. Happy to negotiate budget. Thank you!
