I have an image of a fish that was scanned from a canned label. The image is pixelated due to its being not original. I need to have it retouched, patiently, to bring it back closest to what it was originally-----crisp and sharp. Obviously, we don't have the original file anymore.

Project time is 2 weeks or thereabout. See the attached file of the subject image.
