Retouch 20 photos

I have some photos that need to be retouched (some are really bad) : I want them to be noiseless but natural and realistic, and the colors enhanced. You can add some things if this is natural : clouds for example in the daylight pictures, and colored lights for those during the night (the pictures during the night can be stylized with great colors or smoke or something else)
