Retouch 14 corporate portraits

Hi,

I need 14 corporate portraits retouched. Time is not an issue. I will provide link to high res jpg photos and I will provide a link to upload final images. Basic color correction and cropping is done. I want you to smooth the skin, remove stray hair, eliminate acne, smooth wrinkles etc. Basically give a pleasant flawless look with improved facial features, but keep it natural. Any other suggestions how to make corporate portraits to look even better are welcomed. Please see one low res sample attached.
