Restore graphics illustration into psd-format

Job description :

Input for the job :
- Design from graphics #1
- Text from graphics #2

Result :
- Graphics from #1 with the text from #2
- Resulting file in psd-format

Notes :
- All graphic elements from the graphics in #1 must be available in separate layers
- All groups of text elements from #2 must be available in separate layers
- Groups of graphics elements and text elements must be assembled in group layers
- The name of the fonts in the graphic illustrations are unknown
- So, I expect you to come up with a best match and adequate suggestions for free, approximated, substituting fonts
- Resolution for the resulting psd-file : 600 dpi
- A crisp restoration of the illustration is expected. No blurred edges will be accepted
