Resize 12 photos

12 JPEG images to be resized, (both file and image resized). Small job, but need it done immediately. Will be other similar jobs in future.

1. make the file sizes less than 500kb (some are already less than 500kb, so ignore those for the file reduction. These still need to be resized to 1920x1080 pixels
2. Make all images 1920x1080 pixels

For context, I need these to upload to an online portal which has certain requirements
