*Required Today* - Remove light streaks from photo

Looking for a real quick turnaround on this one, within a few hours ideally. Challenge is to remove light streaks from the attached picture with the firework. The two important points in the image are the firework and the red car. Anything else can be adjsuted/removed if required. I've attached a couple of pictures without the firework in if they are any help for editing (I have more too, but pph would only let me upload 3! No idea on budget so please take with a pinch of salt! Thanks for your help!!
