Removing Time Stamp from Photos

Hi, I have some photos from a holiday where the camera used time stamped them. I cannot find a way of removing the time stamp myself and I no longer have the camera, so I am looking for someone who either knows how to remove it or can photoshop them out. I've uploaded an example here. I haven't gone through all the photos yet, but have picked the best ones and could add more if it goes well/rates are reasonable. I attach an example.
