Removing some text from footage of a fluttering flag

Not sure if possible or we just need to re-shoot it but wondering if someone (ideally using Fusion as I'm editing and colouring in Resolve - but not essential) can remove some text from 4 x fluttering flags. Source material is 4.6k BRAW.

Green flags with white text but the wind was blowing the wrong way and the text is only printed on one side so it's reversed. One option is flip the text on the flags so it shows the correct way but suspect with the wind direction it would look odd, so presume easier option is just to have solid green flags no text.

Uploading a 1080p, ungraded MP4 but can supply original BRAW file or high res MXF as required.
