I would like a drawing of a Chinese dragon to be redrawn as a vector image that can be rescaled to a large scale for printing 300dpi. The image will be printed on a large banner to cover a building.
Most importantly it needs to be a full outline but ideally it would be coloured and detailed the same as the image.
