Re. touch needed on fashion editorial style shots

Hello, I'm looking for a great retoucher to work on 3 shots that need retouching. 2 of the shots are pretty standard/easy fixes, then 1 of the shots will require a more detailed retouch, removing a lot of background and fixing up skin texture if silhouette. I have a detailed briefing document outlining the needed adjustment per shot - from this we can agree on the time and fee needed for the project :)
