Re Touch four half size dummy with proper skin tone.

I have 2 transparent dummy , one for boys and one for girls ( front / back side & size view )
total 8 image, I want to re-touch it into proper skin tone so I can put on top of swim wear or underwear
as a display product image.

attached are the dummy and my product - actuall I only need to retouch the waist part and a little bit on
both legs , right in the middle will be covered by product .
( of course it is good to retouch the whole dummy if it make no differnet on price )
remarks : my understanding is skin color is not a solid color , but in combine with different shade and
with some dark & bright shade level. attached are a skin tone image
