Public artwork image editing

I need a photoshop wizard.

Remove the gold sculpture from the left of 'visit TTOA2' (gold and glass).
Make it look like an image of a building on a white wall with a couple of text labels. See photoshop pdf with instructions, the original image to change, and a high res VERSION OF THE BUILDING IMAGE. h
