Professional Photo Retoucher

I need a professional retoucher who can apply filters and presets/special effects to professional photos or create their own effects in photoshop/lightroom if needed.

Will require work on an ongoing basis.

Please include portfolio examples and how many edited photos included.

Example images attached. Add more interesting sky with nice colours (one sunset and one sunrise) and adjust hues in the pictures, tidy etc.
