Professional Boudoir retoucher needed to work with me on a job to job basis

I'm looking for someone who is great at retouching Boudoir photos, I need body shaping, skin smooth, blemishes removed etc, but still leaving some texture of the skin. I also have babies to retouch, some stripping out of backgrounds, wedding and small commercial jobs as well. Typically around 20 to 30 images per week.
MUST be totally reliable, I am so tired of retouchers letting me down :( this is my last chance of trying to find someone, if I am let down again I will just learn how to do it myself!
I have 30 images needing retouching straight away as I have been let down by two retouchers this month.
