Product shot retoucher needed - 80+ images, ongoing project, 20 per week indefinitely

I have been taking product shots for my new business and need a retoucher to edit out a few blemishes and dress pins and also enhance the background so I can use these for my site.

I want someone who will give me an excellent rate...this is a start-up and I am on a very tight budget but understand you need to be paid fairly for the excellent work you do!

The images need to be 1200x width and I will send images in their clothing categories. I need all of the images to have the same sized frame so that text is aligned underneath and the top of each product appears aligned and that they are a similar size and in proportion. Please see attached example of dresses. It is really important it looks clean, professional and streamline as I am looking for investors and it needs to appear super slick!

I will need about 80 images amended over time the next few weeks, it might be more! I am launching Sept/Oct so after all the initial product has gone up I will be adding new product on a weekly basis (20) so want a long-term working relationship.
