Posters creating and others

I'm seeking a skilled graphic designer to create 3 promotional posters for my new startup. The posters should highlight our core features and benefits in a clean, visual style to attract new customers. Some photoshop or illustrator skills required to design visually appealing images and graphics for each poster. Must be able to take design concepts and turn them into high-quality poster mockups within 2 hour timeframe. Looking for creative candidates who understand what makes an effective promotional poster that will grab people's attention on social media or in a public place. Successful candidates will have a proven portfolio of previous poster designs and be comfortable taking direction while also offering their own creative inputs.
