Podcast Video Editing

Seeking a video editor who can edit my talking head or interview-style videos for my podcasts. Videos are between 30 and 55 minutes long, with most around the 30-minute mark, and most of the conversation has already been edited by Descript. Need someone to add images and help add B-roll to keep the video unique and interesting. I need weekly video services, as we currently post weekly Podcasts. Additionally, help thumbs, and uploads to YouTube and Spotify would be great!
