Picture Needs Editing

Hi there, I have a couple of pictures I managed to get from Shutterstock and wondered if someone would modify them to fit my colour scheme and ideas.

The first picture is of merged faces of Zeus and Poseidon it is randomly coloured and I would like it to be ice blue and neon orange or similar, one face will be ice blue (left side) and one neon orange (right side)and also the tridents will be blue and the lightning bolt orange with both orange and blue used in separate locations in the shield.

The second image I would like to make all neon orange and all neon blue to be used for different things. Also if possible I would like to try and make the opposite arm / fist a trident so as to have a trident and a lightning bolt crossing over to the fists and again in Blue and Orange.
