Picture fixing

I need to have someone who is retained on a weekly basis for the next two months to hep me create a great instagram page. I have a small budget but I would like to me able to Whattsapp someone three pictures per day and these picture are sent back to me within 8 hours after they are all given a similar treatment, touched up or cropped to improve and all given the same filter ready for perfect posting.
