i need to edit all 28 pictures in the link below to match the example attached .

all you need to do is :
1- crop picture to square size
2- clean back ground as shown in the attached picture
3-image - adjustment - shadow and highlight
4- sharpen
5- color adjustment
6- keep file resolution as it is - do not minimise the resolution
