Photoshopping several photographs

I need several photographs of a house and gardens to be photoshopped to improve the look for a website marketing the property for holiday lets.

Specifically I have an empty pool which needs to have water photoshopped into it, and some minor flaws in the photo removed.

There are additional photos which could do with a bit of a tidy up and general enhancement to make the most of them for the marketing push.
