Photoshopping Images to a good quality

Hi there,

We are writing an article on how easy it is to mislead images in this day and age, especially of those in the limelight. We have a celebrity who we will be focussing on and he is working with us on the article as he has his images photoshopped. We will be taking images of him available on the internet to paint a story of him. We will then show him the images we have editted of him and in the article will have his views etc.

We will have images taken from the internet and we will want it photoshopped/editted to paint another image. We will give brief of what we want each image to portray. The images do need to look good and need to look real. It will involve possibly including people into an already existing image etc. Or adding someone else into another image and changing background scenery or colour of clothing.

Please be in mind that there is not a huge budget on this. Also, we are looking to work with designers based in the UK for this!
