Photoshop two pictures

Need to implement one item into two differensiert pictures.

Picture 1: add a wreath to a fence. Red cross on picture marks where the wreath are to be placed. See picture of wreath. Enhanze quality of photo.
Picture 2: add a Christmas accessorize on top of a dogs head +change the background. Make a versjon of both (two) dog pictures. Adjust color to match picture 1(wreath picture). Need a snowy/woodland backgrund. Will send extra photos for this separately, as max upload here is three.
