Photoshop my church document

Hello I am in need of help editing an image that I need to turn in to be the Godfather for my friend's baby. I do not know where my original copy is so my friend gave me his and I am need of changing some key information.

Where it says "OSCAR EDUARDO TRUJILLO GONZALEZ", I need it to say "ERIK RODRIGUEZ RESENDEZ"

Where it says "Hector y Olga", I need it to say "Zenon y Maria"

Where it says "Enrique Miranda Ortega y Eufemia Gonzalez Medellin", I need it to say "Rafael Rodriguez y Martha Garcia"

Deleting the line where it says "Quien fue bautizado... etc 1995" , That whole line of text to be removed and replaced with just a blank spot of paper

I attached the image as well as another image with the text in question highlighted. Any help will be appreciated!
