Photoshop masking-off with backdrop smoothing

Hi,

I'm looking for a Photoshop editor to mask-off subjects from the background. The background then needs to be extended all the way to the edges and then it needs to be filled in with the appropriate colour using a sample of the background colour. So after you've worked on it, the image will have a smooth, single colour as the background.

After you've worked on an image it needs to be saved as a psd file with the layers left open in the palette so I can work on the background myself when I get the images back.

I transfer images back and forth using Google Drive. That's my main cloud storage so you'll need that yourself along with plenty of space.

Attention to detail is a must, so the hair, toes, pole etc need to be nicely masked-off.

The work will be available this Tuesday (3rd July) and will be needed back a week from receiving them.

I've attached examples of the masking and colour-filling so you can see what kind of work it is.
