Photoshop Expert required for wedding photos

Hi, I recently got married in New York. My photography package included all our photos on usb which is currently being sent to us but no editing at all.

Once we receive our photos, we will be choosing our favourites and would require some editing using photoshop to be done. There will probably be about 50 or so images.

Requirements range from skin smoothing, removal of my shoes peeking out from my dress, brightening up of the images, slimming, removing of a couple of public people in a couple of the images etc. Some of the images require one small change, others a few more.

My dress is gold sequins and I was disappointed to see that the colour and sparkle were a bit dull in some of my photos. I've included a photo of me in my dress which was a photo taken by my wedding party members on their phones, so probably not the best quality but it will give you an idea.

For an example of work i'd like done -

Photo 1 - clean up and colour correction, smooth my skin, flatten the cap sleeve to my arm and slightly slimming of my arm

Photo 2 - clean up of surrounding patio and colour correction, brightening of the sky (was a dull day, would like some blue sky through the clouds), skin colour correcting (removal of redness in chest area), decrease of eye bags

I am no expert when it comes to the skills of photoshop, hence why i'm hiring, so if you feel adding in a certain detail/skill would enhance the photo, feel free to show this.

This work should commence in the next couple of weeks. There isn't an immediate turnaround, for example, in a day. I'd rather you take longer if needed and get the photos spot on.
