Photoshop Expert, I need an expert to edit a photo for me. I have the photo and the instructions, but I need someone to make the changes for me. The photo is of a person, and I need to change the background to a different color. I also need to change the color of the person's eyes and hair. The photo is in JPEG format, and I need the changes to be made in Photoshop. I need the changes to be made within the next 24 hours.
