Photoshop expert

Looking for someone that can help me in a short time. Create a picture from what I have for two special young adults. Andrews mother passed away when he was a teen. I have two awesome pictures in need combined with a special message on it. Cheyenne was abanded by her parents that where both on drugs and put into the foster care system with not so great foster parents! However, she has and still is rising above this. I need these done by Tuesday so I can get them printed. Next, I want to decoupage the photos and frame them. Andrews birthday is Thursday I would have to overnight this Wednesday and Cheyenne's Friday. I don't think it let me upload Cheyenne's picture and quote.
