Photoshop editing support for my artwork photography

Hi all, I’m looking for some editing support for my artwork photography. Each piece is hand-painted and may include metallic or neon pigments that need to be captured accurately. I do not have raw files for these as my DLSR is not able to capture in RAW.

What I will provide:

High-resolution (JPEG) unedited photo of the artwork.
Reference image (smaller) showing how the colours should appear in the final version.

What I need from you:
Lighten and neutralise the paper background so it appears clean and even, without losing the natural paper texture.
Keep the subject colours true and rich, matching the reference image. Metallic or neon highlights must remain visible.

Deliver the finished artwork in:

High-resolution JPEG or PNG (print-ready, 300 DPI, sRGB).
Editable PSD file with all adjustment layers intact (so I can make further refinements if needed once print samples have been reviewed).

Project requirements:
This is work-for-hire: I (the artist) retain full copyright and all rights to the original artwork, edited files, and final outputs.
You agree not to use, share, or resell these files in any way.
All copies of the files must be deleted from your system after the project is complete.
I will provide a short NDA / contract to confirm these points before we begin.
