Photoshop changes to x6 images

I have 6 images which I'd like to make look slightly different to make one house look like a different properties.
The changes should include colour changes to the walls - also open to changing cabinets, and even shade of floor (open to ideas?). Subtle changes are absolutely fine, as I want the photos to remain realistic.

I'd also like a tv and 1 pendent light removed from 1 image (attached 2x example images).
