Photoshop background removal

I have 245 images (5184 x 3888 pixels, 180 pixels/inch) and I need the background removed as shown in my example. Images need to be returned to me in the exact size and format, just without backgrounds. It's really important that you are precise with your work, and won't be removing anything other than the background, or leave some background parts in the photos.. :-)
