This is a test exercise, to see what making certain changes to modernise a house, I will provide sample images for the successful bidder to place into the image to make it look realistic. Items like a different front door, change the white siding to wood, or painted siding, paint the brickwork, paving and colour the window frames. Produce two or three options.
