Photoshop a picture to make it look professional

i have a picture that needs editting to make look like a professional photo. It was taken by a friend, but unfortunately the lighting makes me look yellow, shadowing isn't ideal, and in general its not good enough to go on the website I need it for. I need someone to edit it to make it look natural and professional. nothing over the top, its for a business website, but this is the only suitable picture i have at this time and cannot go get more done at this time so a photoshop edit is my best bet (if at all possible).

it is only 1 picture. I'm not sure how long something this would take so i've just put in $10 as a random number. If you can do if for this, then great, but if you feel this job needs more than this then let me know.
