Photoshop 2 separate pictures to create a family portrait

i would like to create a family portrait for greeting, since we are stuck in 2 different countries i would want you to take the 2 separate image provided and create a similar portrait as the sample which i am attaching

so the task in hand is
1) join 2 different images to create family portrait
2) fix the skin tone, lighting and all that photoshop stuff that you do to make us look beautiful
3) apply a very simple pastel background to the picture

Here is the catch i need it urgently, say in 3 to 4 hrs after your proposal is accepted
