Photoshoot Editing

I would like to have 2 professional photos cropped to remove background clothes and then edited for a magazine spread. I will need the hats to be cleaned so they are all consistently the same colour of black. Skin must be "glamour" retouched for a professional website and magazine. Colour correction is also necessary, please make any colour adjustments the same for each image so they are consistent with each other. After that I am likely to send an additional 18 images from the same photoshoot.
