Photo-retouching for around 100 images per month (Beauty and Lifestyle)

I am a photographer and I need someone who is creative, dedicated and patient to work with me on a continuous basis. I require at least 200-300 images per month to be retouched to a high specification. These are for Image Library. They are very fussy and they need to be perfect otherwise the library will reject them! I have a budget of £3 per image. Some of them will be very simple and others more complex, but nothing too difficult as I shoot lifestyle and beauty. They will be required to be uploaded by you and adding a title and three simple keywords for each image, the library will do the rest. I need a fast turn over as I am aiming to build my library up very quickly, however I still need a professional looking retouch on each image.
Can work remotely or with me in Northampton if preferred.
