Photo retouching and photoshop manipulation. Photo to canvas intent.

Photo #1) Need portrait of my wife retouched to even out flash glare,whiten teeth, smooth the skin complexion, and smooth out the minor imperfections on her right outer cheekline. Also need the background photoshopped to be a solid neutral (*including the portion of the chair she's sitting in) or white color and upscaled so it can be printed at high resolution in a 16 x 20 canvas print.

Photo #2)Need picture of my parents photoshopped so they are sitting closer together (*as shown in attached mock-up), and manipulate my father's tie so it is straight. Also need to retouch both people to remove any skin blemishes and give them both a "smooth look. Lastly, I need the background photoshopped to be a solid neutral or white color, the food/glasses cropped out, and the upscaled so it can be printed at high resolution in a 16 x 20 canvas print.
