Photo Manipulation - potential need for AI

Hi,

I'm looking for a professional to help with a personal project. My nephew was orphaned at a young age and has just had his first child. For his birthday, I'd like to create a family photo of him with his parents and newborn. I don't think I have the perfect images for a straight photoshop, but was wondering if I had a number of photos of each person, it could be used to create something real and natural looking.

Advice on if this is possible and quotes greatly appreciated.
