Photo manipulation

Hello,

I will require this group photo to be manipulated in the following 2 ways:

1. Female on the right side of the image (Dark complexion, long dark hair, long beige dress with big, short frilly sleeve, holding a matching bag), to be removed from the photo and replaced with female on the very end of the right side of the image (Light complexion, short light hair, long plum/purple dress with long sleeves, wearing a dark navy blue hat/fascinator).

2. Male on the left side of the image (Dark complexion, navy/dark blue suit, and navy/dark blue hat, raising a glass and wearing dark sunglasses) has fuschia/dark pink feathers blocking his face. The feathers need to be moved out of the way in order for his face to be fully visible.
