Photo Editor Needed (CR3 Files)

We’re a team of photographers looking for a skilled photo editor to turn our CR3 RAW files into stunning, client-ready images. We need someone who can deliver high-end portraits and realistic composites when required.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience editing professional portrait photos (CR3/RAW)
- Skilled in color correction, skin retouching, and natural enhancement
- Comfortable with background replacement/compositing
- Handles high-res files and delivers consistent, polished results
- Reliable, responsive communication

Scope:
- Edit batches of CR3 portraits into client-ready JPEG or TIFF
- Retouch to professional standards
- Maintain a consistent style across photos

Deliverables:
- High-res, fully edited images
- Fast turnaround

Preferred:
- Proficient in Lightroom and Photoshop
- Portfolio of portrait edits
- Experience with photographers/creative teams

Test Task (Required):
1. Provide two before-and-after samples of your work so I can see what you have done.
2. Edit one provided portrait to look natural, polished, and professional (no plastic skin or heavy effects)
