Photo editing using photoshop/lightroom

We are a small company specialising in sports team and graduation photos at universities. We are looking for an experienced and fast-working re-toucher. Using Lightroom/Photoshop, the work will involve -

(i) Selecting the best photo (we will send you 3 photos of each group)
(ii) Processing the selected RAW images ready for printing (exposure, white balance, colours, open eyes, crop, straighten etc)
(iii) For the graduation photos: as above + removing people and unnecessary mess from the background.
(iv) Sending to us as TIFF files.

These are not fashion images, so minimal spotting/cleaning is required and most of the work can therefore be done fairly quickly.

Our jobs take place intermittently throughout the academic year. Team photo shoots usually number 30-90 finished photos. Graduation is approx 80 finished photos. Turnaround is usually 2-3 days but at least 2 months notice is given for the jobs.
