Photo editing/resizing

I'm reaching out from The Salvation Army.

We have an image we'd like to host on our website with a banner donation form on the right hand side, however the image doesn't have enough space. It needs editing to create some space on the right for the form to go.

I've attached the image, along with two examples of how a successful banner image would look.

It would be great to have this done by the end of today, please let me know if that's possible and I can send over a higher res version of the photo.
