Photo Editing - photoshop/lighting

I am looking for a photo editor who is able to turn around my project very quickly. We recently had a fashion shoot where we shot 3/4 looks. I have got the images back but they are not the best quality/good enough to be blown up and used for campaigns in magazines etc. The lighting in the venue was very bad, and the photographer didnt have the correct lighting. Therefore uplighting was used and there is problems with some of the image quality. Shadows etc.

What I need is for you to go through the previous ones, and pick out 2/3 images from each look. I then need these images touched up in terms of lighting, as well as imperfections on model etc. Quick turnaround is imperative. I am looking to award the job right away so that we can begin asap.
